Request account deletion
Email legal@rideelevo.com with the subject Delete my ELEVO account and identify the email address or telephone number associated with the account. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.
Deleting the app, signing out or temporarily deactivating an account does not delete the account records. Following appropriate verification, we delete the account and associated information subject to applicable exceptions, and explain any necessary retained categories and retention criteria. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents with your initial request.
